|  We ask for a 25% deposit payment, the balance is payable on your arrival along with a guarantee deposit of 250 euros which will be returned to you on your departure.
Deposit payments can be made by PAYPAL credit cards on-line - a 15 euros charge is automatically added

Normally no - electricity, water, heating all included.
We ask you to leave the apartment in as good clean order as you found it on your arrival - if not we'll ask you for a cleaning fee! But if you are short of time or don't want to clean up on departure we can do that for you for 50 euros, strictly by prior arrangement and excluding diswashing.
Washing of bedding on your departure is our responsibility of course. |
